Totally recommend J & J Plumbing Services. Contacted them to deal with what appeared to be a burst pipe in our bathroom. Water everywhere. Josh was excellent – he arrived promptly, was professional and friendly. It didn’t take him long to identify what was causing the leak in our bathroom. He explained what he would do to fix the problem and completed the work quickly to a very high standard. Oh, plus, there was no mess for us to clean up. We've dealt with many plumbers over the years, and J & J Plumbing Services have been, without a doubt, the most helpful and professional. J&J knocked it out of the park! We had another team in to install a deck. A few days before work was to begin we realised a down pipe that would be covered by the deck was disconnected and cracked. We told J&J that we needed a solution in a few days that could be done the same day they came to see the issue as it would no longer be accessible the day after. They came that morning and worked around the other guys installing the deck, knew the solution straight away, went out to get supplies and came back and had the issue fixed within the hour. Can't recommend enough. ~ Em

Spoke with Jade the other week to get some plumbing works done last minute. Jade was super helpful and accommodating. She followed up with me when I had bunch going on and arranged an appointment that suited. Oli came around and changed out the kitchen mixer, checked other cartridges and updated piping. He was real personable and professional. I received the invoice which came with a full description of works done and photos as well. Really impressed with this company and happy to recommend them. Once Allianz Insurance gave myself the nod to go ahead & replace one of my toilet systems I contacted Jess from J&J Plumbing. He was prompt to come on out & give a quotation on supply on a new system. He is extremely friendly & knows his trade very well. Because I have permanent disabilities Jess suggested a larger higher toilet to be installed in my bathroom. From the time he came out & did a quote was only one week later & he returned to install the new system. He had to break away the old leaking system. He was very particular about cleaning up all the mess before attempting to fit the new system. Once the job was finished I was very happy & satisfied with the standard of plumbing work carried out. Plus he was a very pleasant guy to have in my home. Lastly he also gave me a contact of a cabinet maker which I was needing for another job. So many plumbers are sloppy & don't care less I highly recommend Jess & his business partner for any plumbing job that requires a job to be done once & not needing further returns. ~ J W

J&J was booked by our property manager to attend to some plumbing issues we’d reported during our inspection. Jesse was quick to respond to the work order, having us locked in within a day. He was punctual, well presented and clearly knows his trade. He was polite, understanding, and respectful when listening to our explanations of the issues. Great work by the guys! They were on time, friendly and efficient. We had bought the wrong sink mixer and they re-installed the old mixer tap and came back 4 days (after a weekend) to remove the old mixer tap, install the new one and tested everything. They even rang Reece to sought out issue with the wrong tap. Price was excellent despite our hiccup. I would thoroughly recommend J & J plumbing for any plumbing work. ~ leehill1000

Wonderful service with a non-urgent but time sensitive water leak. Vacating my rental apartment and found the inlet taps to washing machine decided to fail. The representative contacted me and managed to move a minor mountain to juggle schedule to fit in job. The plumber arrived right on time and sorted issue with min fuss. Fantastic service, prompt response and straight forward solutions. Booked in for general maintenance, J&J were able to schedule us within the week. Jayden was polite, called ahead and excellent at explaining the problems and options to us with well estimated quoting. Outstanding service from J&J Plumbing Services Canberra! They supplied and installed a new hot water system, repaired our toilet, and fitted a new pressure release valve to the water meter. All done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The team was punctual, tidy, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Honest pricing and high-quality work. J&J Plumbing coordinated a team to undertake general house exterior repair. The work involved replacing and repairing part of an eave. This meant removing the sheeting, replacing a rotten timber support with new timber, new sheeting, then plastering and finally repainting the affected area. All at height. Three trades (carpenter, plasterer and painter) co-ordinated by J&J Plumbing. An excellent job and reasonably priced. Will use again. ~ Paul F

These guys were fantastic. Had a plumbing emergency, they were so responsive, someone was there within the hour, they were so helpful and Ollie was just amazing. After the emergency was dealt with, they came back a few days later and fixed what had gone wrong. Fantastic service and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Josh came promptly to check out a leak in our water pipe. It was in a difficult position, requiring the removal of a number of planks from our walkway. His team came the next day and did the repair, without damaging the planks that they had to remove. I was very pleased with their work, and will certainly call them again the next time I have a plumbing issue. ~ Paul S

Our electric heat pump hot water system recently failed and J&J Plumbing responded quickly to our call. After investigating and looking at options, we elected to have a new system installed. Josh attended on a Saturday right on time and was professional, courteous and friendly. The install went smoothly and our hot water was back on. J&J helped me with selection, supply and fitting of arthritis-friendly taps. All the pre-fitting communication was great. The young man who did the work was polite, personable and efficient; he was on-time and left no mess; he even took his shoes off when he came inside, without needing to be asked. The team at J&J plumbing did a great job of replacing our entire drainage and sewer connection which was failing due to tree roots and 50-year-old piping. I won't have to worry about this again. They also worked on a bathroom renovation a few months earlier and replaced a tap while they were here for much less than other quotes we had received. Jesse and Riley have installed all the plumbing in our new studio and they have done a great job. Jesse was very professional, punctual and solved the problem with our blocked kitchen sink drains, that had persisted for months. J&J fitted us in on the day we rang to fix a leaking pipe in the ceiling. Josh turned up at the agreed time, he showed us what needed fixing and fixed the issue quickly with no fuss, and even took his boots off before coming into the house.
